Booking
and Payments
All bookings will be confirmed as
soon as possible after receiving the booking form. Please use the booking
form provided.
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the Booking Deposit of £100
per week.
The Balance is payable in full not less than eight weeks prior to commencement
of the rental period.
Should payment NOT be received at this time we reserve the right to cancel
the booking.
Please note that all Gas, Electricity and water charges are included in the
rental price. There are no extra charges.
Late Bookings
All bookings made less than eight weeks prior
to the rental period are payable in full (Booking deposit, Balance and security/key
deposit).
If you are booking within TWO weeks of the rental period, then payment must
be made by Bank/Building society cheque.
On receipt of your completed Booking Form and your remittance we will send
you immediate conformation of your booking and our invoice for the balance
of the rent.
Cancellations
In the event of cancellation of a
confirmed booking the following charges will apply:-
Rental Period
The apartment is available for booking
Saturday to Saturday inclusive. Guests can obtain access to the apartment
after 3pm on arrival,
and we ask that the apartment be vacated by 10am on the Saturday of departure.
This ensures that the house keeper has time to prepare
the apartment for the incoming guests, and your co-operation in this matter
will help towards a trouble-free change over.
Total Number in Party
Under NO circumstances may the number
of people stipulated in the apartments description be exceeded, and only those
persons listed on
the Booking Form may occupy the apartment. Please note that no single sex
groups are permitted.
Security
Deposit
A security deposit of £250
is required at the time of full payment, against loss/non return of keys and
remote controls.
The deposit is refundable within 14 days subject to confirmation that the
apartment and its contents are left clean and tidy without damage or breakages.
Liability
The owners accept NO liability for
any loss or injury sustained by any member of your party or visitor to the
apartment, patio/decking
area and car parking area. Children are to be supervised at all times in the
and around the apartment building.
We will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury arising from
matters outside our control including acts of god, weather
conditions, strikes, riots, civil disturbances, act of government, fire or
flood etc.
Insurance
You are strongly advised that all adequate holiday
insurance cover be obtained (by yourself) prior to the rental period.
Animals
Please note animals (of any kind)
are NOT permitted in to the apartment under any circumstances.
Smoking
Smoking is NOT allowed in the apartment.
Linen
All Bed Linen is provided (including
sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers, pillows and duvets). A change of linen
will be provided weekly for bookings of two or more weeks.
Towel's are NOT provided.
Parking
Access to the car park is through
an electronic security gate (remotes provided), Parking is provided for one
vehicle only.
