MASTER Bedroom
The master bedroom includes the superb view of the Carbis Bay beach and beyond through the French windows, where you can enjoy a relaxing lie in listening to the glorious sound of the sea in a luxury pocket sprung, king-size bed. All linen and bedding is provided for you and changed on a weekly basis. There is ample hanging space in the built in wardrobes, and additional chests to house any folded clothes. There is also the benefit of a spacious en-suite bathroom with double sinks and the wonderful whirlpool Bath.

TWIN Bedroom
The twin bedroom is just that, two superior quality, extra thick single mattresses housed on modern metal-framed beds. Also in the bedroom is a large built-in wardrobe and pine chests for the remainder of your clothes.

SHOWER Room
The shower room is a spacious room, situated next to the twin bedroom room with a toilet, sink, large mirror and the excellent massaging shower.

KITCHEN Breakfast Room
The kitchen is fully equipped with the highest quality utensils, cutlery, crockery and glassware. Services in the kitchen comprise of a fantastic stainless steel hob, double oven/grill and sink. There is also a dishwasher for those not too keen on washing-up. Dishwasher tablets are supplied on a weekly basis for your convenience. There is also a modern and extremely easy to use automatic washing machine and tumble dryer. Whilst in the kitchen you have the opportunity to cook and wash-up (that's if you don't use the dishwasher!) and enjoy the excellent view of the beach, as the kitchen has an arched opening into the lounge/dining area where food and dishes can easily be passed through.The kitchen also has a raised breakfast table with 4 stools.

LOUNGE / Dining area
The lounge/dining area comprises of a chunky, modern table with four chairs, positioned by the opening to the kitchen. The room itself has a newly fitted wooden floor with the minimalist look furniture which includes a two seater and a three seater luxury leather settee for maximum comfort whilst you enjoy watching the flat screen LCD television of an evening. The lounge has the benefit of French windows, which lead out onto the decked veranda where you can partake in an early breakfast whilst watching the sunrise over the bay. The decked area is situated at the front of the apartment and stretches across from the lounge to the end of the master bedroom, is equipped with patio table, chairs and a bench, has entrances through the lounge or the bedroom.

PARKING
With this apartment you have the benefit of private parking for one vehicle - with the allocated numbered space directly outside the stepped entrance to the apartment. The car park can only be entered with the use of electronic keys. If you have visitors or you forget your key tag there is an intercom system linked directly to the apartment. There is also the facility of a modern lift situated in the centre of the building, which is ideal for moving heavy luggage from the car to the apartment. From the lift area is a doorway which leads out to the secure pathway at the front of the apartments, this is the shortest and most convenient walk down to the beautiful beach, taking approximately 3 or 4 minutes to get there. The pathway has a security gate at the bottom, which again requires the electronic key fob to open.
